We source our products from only the best suppliers locally and internationally to ensure they exceed your expectations.
We use PayFast and Peach Payments for our payment processing and accept Credit and Debit Cards, Instant EFT, Payflex, SnapScan, Zapper and more. Direct EFT is also accepted.
Your package will be handed over to the courier either on the day of your order, or the day following your order depending on when the order is placed. Delivery will then take place within 4 working days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders R500 and over are shipped for free - any order value below this will attract a flat R89 charge.
We stand by the quality of our products so if there is anything wrong with the products you received please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Yes you can. A tracking link will be automatically emailed to you once your package has been handed over to the courier, please note that it may take a few hours to reflect on the couriers website. If you did not receive the email, you can track using our online chat.
All of our products come with a 1 year warranty should there be any issues.
